Dear Scrapbooker's Playground customers and friends, Sometime during the first part of September, 2008, the server which was hosting Scrapbooker's Playground crashed for unknown reasons. After the server people fixed whatever was wrong with the server itself, it left us with trashed databases, which caused anything on our system that connected to databases not to work, This included our shopping cart, our forums, our gallery and our mailing lists. Any customer lists we had are also gone now. This means that in order to return to business we will have to completely rebuild our website and store, and since we have to do that anyway we have decided to take this opportunity to change servers, which we have been wanting to do anyway. This decision is based purely on monetary concerns and not on any dissatisfaction with the hosting service we were using. We ask your indulgence while we work toward rebuilding. Scrapbooker's Playground is not a large company, but is a mother/daughter team, and we are experiencing some major situations in our personal lives as well, so we expect it will take anywhere from 1 to 3 months before we can officially reopen. We realize some of you have outstanding issues with us. if this is the case please contact us at support@(sbp).com (Please replace the "(sbp)" with "scrapbookersplayground". It is written this way to discourage spam. If you have outstanding orders that you have not downloaded, please let us know the order number, we do have orders archived. We will get the files for you to download. Members of the Kit N Kaboodle club, we have your names and will be in touch. The club will be taking a bit of a break until things are re-established, but you will receive all the months you are due.
